The BC Game licence does not extend to certain countries and regions. Access to BC Game services, including the website, mobile applications, and all associated platforms, is restricted in the following locations:

• United States of America – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage under applicable federal and state law
• United Kingdom – Regulator restrictions; separate licensing authority (UK Gambling Commission) required
• Netherlands – Regulatory ban; Kansspelautoriteit licensing required for lawful operation
• France – Regulatory ban; Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ) licensing required
• Australia – Regulatory ban; Interactive Gambling Act restrictions apply
• Spain – Regulator restrictions; Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) licensing required
• Germany – Regulator restrictions; Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL) licensing required
• Cyprus – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage for the specified jurisdiction
• Curaçao – Regulator restrictions; domestic residents excluded under the issuing jurisdiction’s own regulations
• Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• Aruba – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• Sint Maarten – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage

Users located in these areas are not permitted to register or access the service. BC Game does not accept registrations from residents of restricted regions, regardless of the device or method of access used.

BC Game is not the owner of companies separately licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and does not manage or control those entities in any capacity.

No financial interest, managerial relationship, or other form of involvement exists between BC Game and independently licensed companies operating under the same regulatory authority. BC Game holds no ability to influence the operational or management decisions of those companies. Accordingly, BC Game bears no responsibility for the actions, conduct, or regulatory violations of any such independent company. Any claims or concerns relating to those companies must be directed to the relevant company directly or to the applicable regulatory authority.

A digital licence verification system is available to allow you to confirm BC Game’s current licensing status and the authenticity of its original game licence at any time.

This tool functions as a status-check mechanism, enabling users to validate active licensing in real time through the regulator’s official channels. All texts, images, and materials presented within the verification system remain the exclusive property of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. This content is protected under applicable copyright law. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of verification materials by third parties is prohibited, and improper use may result in legal penalties under the relevant jurisdiction’s enforcement provisions.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the BC Game website and mobile applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority.

Ownership of these brand elements is legally established and extends beyond registered trademarks and domain names to encompass all distinctive brand-style components associated with the platform. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of any protected identifier is strictly prohibited. Violations of these protections may result in legal liability under applicable intellectual property and commercial law.
